Shipping & Cancellation Policy
At Moonalisha (Moonalisha Luxe Beauty Ventures), every order is thoughtfully packed
with love, care, and strict quality handling to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and secure delivery experience for our
valued customers across India.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it enters our secure
processing cycle.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays).
2. Shipping Charges
● For Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking), shipping is free
across India with no additional delivery charges.
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat ₹299 COD Convenience & Handling Fee
applies per order.
This ₹299 COD fee is non-refundable under all circumstances (including
cancellation, refusal, or return to origin).
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
● Standard domestic delivery timeline: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on
your location.
● Remote or difficult-to-access regions may take a little longer.
You will receive an SMS/Email tracking link once your order is dispatched.
4. Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Once the order is shipped:
● Moonalisha Luxe Beauty Ventures is not responsible for delivery delays caused by
courier logistics, weather disruptions, or incomplete addresses.
● Orders marked delivered by the courier will be considered successful.
● The brand holds no responsibility for packages signed by anyone other than the
customer at the delivery address (e.g., guard, neighbor, family member).
5. Failed Delivery / COD Attempts
For COD Orders:
● The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
● If the customer is unreachable / address incorrect / order refused, the order will be
marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
● Repeated COD refusals may lead to blocking COD service for future orders.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please:
1. Do not accept the order.
2. Ask the delivery agent to mark it as Return to Sender (RTS).
3. Notify us immediately at: care@moonalisha.com
Any claims raised after accepting delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
